Tony Reilly, the General Manager for Flutes Corrugated, has been a key driving force behind the company’s success since its inception in 1998. He has brought a wealth of experience to the table, leveraging his expertise to bring innovative processes and consistency to the corrugated world. Tony’s leadership has been instrumental in creating a culture of excellence, where employees are empowered to take ownership of their work and strive for continuous improvement. He has fostered an inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration and open communication, allowing for the free flow of ideas and creativity.
Under Tony’s leadership, Flutes Corrugated has become known for its innovative processes, such as fully dyed corrugated sheets and the effective use of Asitrade laminators. He has also developed strong partnerships with paper mills, ensuring a consistent and reliable supply of high-quality materials. Elvir Bilajac
General Manager, Flutes Corrugated – Hanna Ave.
Elvir Bilajac serves as the Assistant General Manager at Flutes Corrugated – Hanna Ave, bringing with him a wealth of experience and success in the corrugated business. With a proven track record, he now oversees one of the highest volume sheetfeeder plants in the country. Elvir’s journey in the industry began as a plant manager at Triumph Sheets in Cleveland, Tennessee, where he played an integral role in establishing the startup venture in 2019. With over 18 years of experience in the corrugated industry, Elvir’s passion for the field remains unwavering, as he continues to find each day exhilarating.
Prior to his role at Triumph, Elvir honed his skills and gained comprehensive industry knowledge at Alliance Sheets, a sheetfeeder plant under the Corrugated Partners Group, located in Bristol, Indiana. It was there that he worked his way up, truly immersing himself in the business and developing a deep understanding of the corrugated industry. Born in Bosnia, Elvir migrated to the United States in 2000, bringing with him a diverse background and a strong work ethic.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Elvir enjoys indulging in his hobbies, playing golf and soccer, and especially enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. With his dedication, experience, and enthusiasm, Elvir Bilajac continues to be a valued leader in the corrugated industry, driving the success and growth of Flutes Corrugated – Hanna Ave.
